Chickpea-pepper stew
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course includes the following ingredients: meat, cream cheese, olive oil, beef strips, onions (chopped), red peppers (cut into strips), tomatoes (sliced), garlic (finely chopped), chickpeas ((400 g), drained), paprika , chives (finely chopped) and brown baguette (in slices).

Allow cottage cheese to reach room temperature.

Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and fry meat for 3 min.

Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm.

Fry the onion in a brown frying pan in the rest of the oil.

Add the pepper, tomato, garlic and chickpeas to the onion and let it cook completely on low heat for 20 minutes.

Stir the meat through the stew and heat it through and through.

Season the stew with paprika, salt and pepper.

Mix chives and cottage cheese, season with salt and pepper.

Spread the stew over four plates and create chives of quiches next to it.
