Stew with red onion and fillet steaks
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbly potatoes, red onions, red pepper, (liquid) margarine, pork fillets and milk.

Peel potatoes, wash, cut into pieces and cook with salt in about 20 minutes.

Peel onions and cut into rings.

Clean pepper and cut into strips.

Heat 3 margarine in frying pan.

Sear meat on both sides.

Put the heat source down and fill the steak in 10 min.

Brown and cooked on both sides.

Season the fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat 2 tbsp margarine in large frying pan.

Add onions and peppers and gently bake for about 5 minutes.

Drain potatoes and make puree with milk.
-
Mix the onion mixture with puree and season with salt and pepper.

Divide stew over four plates and serve with pork fillets..
