Plate pizza with tuna, red onion and zucchini

Preheat the oven to 225ºC.

Heat 4 tablespoons of oil and fry the onion and zucchini on low setting 6-8 minutes. Scoop occasionally. Sprinkle the thyme over it.

Meanwhile, use the mixer to knead the pizza mix with the rest of the olive oil and 250 ml of water into a cohesive dough.

Sprinkle the worktop with flour and knead the dough on it by hand until it is smooth. Roll out into a thin piece and place it on the baking tray.

Mix the sieved tomatoes with the crème fraîche and spread the dough. Divide the onion courgette mixture and the tuna over it.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and place the mozzarella slices on top.

Place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven and fry the pizza until golden brown and cooked for about 20 minutes.
