Chop with apple from the oven
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ribs, butter, apples, smoked bacon strips (duobakje a 200 g), onion (chopped), mustard (coarse) and breadcrumbs.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.

Pour dry chops and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Melt half of butter in frying pan and fry chops on high heat for 3 minutes per side.

Peel the apples and cut into pieces.

Place chops on a plate and allow to cool slightly.

Grind bacon into crunchy bacon.

Add onion and apple and fry for 3 minutes.

Cover chops on both sides with mustard and place them next to each other in greased baking dish.

Baste bacon mixture over pork chops and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Cut the rest of the butter into tiny cubes, laying here and there on breadcrumbs.

Place the baking dish in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes, until pork chops are cooked and top is golden brown.
