Chop with apple from the oven
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ribs, butter, apples, smoked bacon strips (duobakje a 200 g), onion (chopped), mustard (coarse) and breadcrumbs.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.

Pour dry chops and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Melt half of butter in frying pan and fry chops on high heat for 3 minutes per side.
