Rosemary roulade
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (red peeled crumb), rosemary (15 g), garlic, olive oil, pork roulade ((450 g) and at room temperature).

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Cut the potatoes into pieces and put them in the largest baking dish. Place 3 sprigs of rosemary and 3 cloves of garlic lengthwise in half. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake in approx. 45 minutes brown and done in the oven. Spoon halfway.

Fry the roulade in approx. 35 min. Until done. Leave to rest for 5 minutes from the oven. Serve with the potatoes. Tasty with fried zucchini.
