Celery soup with tortellini
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tortellini tri colore (pasta, 250 g), baguette (white), soft herb butter, celery (in pieces), meat broth (beef, tablet), tomato cubes (400 g) and fresh beef soup balls ( approx. 200 g).
Cook the tortellini according to instructions.
Preheat the grill.
Bread loaf cut into slices and thinly spread on both sides with herb butter.
Place the bread on the baking tray or grid and roast in half an hour under grill.
Fry celery in a stock pot for 5 minutes.
Add tomato cubes and soup balls and cook for 2-3 minutes until meat is tender.
Drain tortellini and stir in soup.
Soup spicy season with salt and pepper.
Serve with roasted herb rolls..
