Furnace at 250 ºC.

Combine cream and mustard with salt and pepper to taste until sauce. Prepare the puree according to the instructions for use.

Heat the oil in a wok pan and let half of the spinach shrink by shifting.

Remove from wok in the colander and also let other half of the spinach shrink.

Remove moisture from the spinach and season with salt and pepper.

Fill baking dish successively with spinach, salmon chips, mashed potatoes, cream sauce and gratuitous cheese.

Sauté the oven dish approx. 5 min. In the oven.
