Prepare the noodles according to the instructions of the packaging. Peel and chop the garlic. Clean the leek, cut into rings and wax.

Heat the oil in a soup pot. Fry the garlic and leeks for about 2 minutes. Add the bouillon tablets, fish sauce and water and bring to the boil. Let the soup boil for about 4 minutes. Add the noodle to the soup.

Season with pepper and salt. Arrange the sushi on a scale. Serve the soup with the sushi. Tasty with green tea or sake (Japanese rice wine).
