Hearty cake with broccoli, eggs, whipped cream, curry powder, spring onion and smoked salmon pieces.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Let the dough thaw. Use 2 slices of dough per spring form to cover. Prick holes with a fork.
  3. Cut the broccoli into florets. Peel the stalk and cut into slices.
  4. Cook the broccoli in 3 minutes until al dente. Rinse in a colander under cold water and let it drain.
