Broccoli salmon quiches
Hearty cake with broccoli, eggs, whipped cream, curry powder, spring onion and smoked salmon pieces.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Let the dough thaw. Use 2 slices of dough per spring form to cover. Prick holes with a fork.

Cut the broccoli into florets. Peel the stalk and cut into slices.

Cook the broccoli in 3 minutes until al dente. Rinse in a colander under cold water and let it drain.

Beat the eggs with the whipped cream, the curry powder and pepper and salt to taste.

Cut the spring onion into rings.

Mix the broccoli, spring onion and salmon in a bowl and spread over the spring forms.

Pour the egg mixture over it and fry the quiches in the middle of the oven until golden brown and done. Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes.
