Farfalle with mustard cream sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, farfalle (pasta, bag 500 g), Brussels sprouts (in four), onions (in small segments), oil, smoked chicken breast strips (about 250 g), French mustard (bottle 250 ml) and dairy spread (chives light (150 g)).

Boil the farfalle according to the instructions on the package, boil the sprouts for the last 6 min.

Keep the cooking water.

Fry the onions in the oil for 3 minutes, add the chicken breast strips and stir fry for 3 minutes.

Add the mustard, the dairy spread and about 150 ml of cooking water and stir.

Bring the sauce to the boil and season with salt and pepper.

Divide the farfalle and the sprouts over 4 plates.

Put the chicken in mustard sauce on it..
