Bring a large pan of water with salt, if necessary, to the boil.

When the water boils, add the rice, bring to the boil again and cook for 8 minutes until done. Drain and leave with a lid on the pan until use.

In the meantime, cut the sausages apart. Heat the grill pan and grill the sausages in 15 minutes until done. Times regularly.

Meanwhile, clean the onions and garlic. Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Wash the courgettes and cut into 1 cm pieces.
