Stew with plums under a dough tray
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, shoulder chops, oil, prunes, fresh thyme (a 15 g) and puff pastry (thawed).

Cut the piece of bone out of the shoulder chops and cut the meat into large dice.
