Chicory
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, chicory, chorizo sausage (250 g), oil, red peppers (diced), red onion (chopped), chilibones (a 400 g) and sunflower bread (uncut).

Halve chicory, remove core and cut bushes into long strips.

Cut Chorizo into slices and then into cubes.

Heat in frying pan or wok oil.

Bell pepper, onion and chicory 4 minutes stir-fry.

Add chorizo and cook for 2 more minutes.

Add canned beans to the chilibones and heat for a further 1-2 minutes on low heat.

Meanwhile cut 8 slices of 2 cm thick of bread.

Slices brown in toasts or under a hot oven grill.

Place bread on four plates, distribute chicory over it..
