A nice mexican recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: cheddar (cheese piece), red pepper, wraptortillas, corn kernels (150 g) and jalapeño strips (pot a 225 g).
Sift cheese into thin slices.
Scent the pepper, clean and cut into cubes.
Place tortilla in frying pan with non-stick coating, place with cheese, corn, paprika and jalapeño peppers.
Smell tortilla crust on medium heat, while cheese melts.
Place the second tortilla on top, press firmly.
Place lid on pan and invert pan.
Put the tortilla on the unbaked side of the lid in the pan.
Bake for another 2 minutes.
Cut the tortilla into big points..
