Spinach omelette with focacciatoast
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, spinach à la crème (split cubes deepfreeze), chorizo (sausage piece), eggs, oil and focaccia (bread) (topping off of 250 g).

Spinach in microwave or pan defrost.

Cut chorizo into strips.

Whisk eggs, stir in spinach and chorizo.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in pan, pour in the egg mixture.

Allow the omelette to coagulate in approx.

10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut focaccia into slices and thinly coat with the rest of oil.

Focaccia in toaster roasting brown.
-
Serve omelet with warm focaccia..
