Directions

  1. Put the nuts in the food processor and grind almost fine. Put ⅔ in a deep plate. Keep the rest of the nut room.
  2. Beat the egg. Put the flour and egg separately in a deep plate. Pass the chicken through the flour, the egg and the nut crumb.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken over the top in 8 min. On medium heat until golden brown and done.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the green beans for 5 minutes. Drain and let drain. Prepare the potatoes in the microwave according to the instructions on the packaging.
  5. In the meantime, heat the oil in a skillet and fry the onion with a little pepper for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  6. Add the green beans and the rest of the walnut to the onion and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve the potatoes with the vegetables and the chicken.
