Stewed winter vegetables with chorizo
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Spanish chorizo sausage (250 g), winter carrots, red onions, potatoes (solid), olive oil, beef broth tablets and cabbage.

Cut Chorizo into 24 slices.

Peel the winter carrots and cut into 12 thick slices.

Peel onions and cut into 6 parts.

Wash and halve potatoes.

Heat the oil in a large deep pan and fry 6 slices of chorizo and onions for 3 min.

Add 1 1/2 l of water, bouillon tablets, potatoes and carrot.

Bring to the boil while stirring.

Add pepper to taste and cook with lid half on pan over low heat for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut cabbage in 8 parts and 10 minutes before end of cooking time in broth on other vegetables in pan.

When vegetables are almost ready, chorizo slices in large dry frying pan.

Fry vegetables with some stock in 4 deep plates.
