Slaw wraps with thai beef
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, beef strips, oil (with garlic and chili pepper), lime (squeezed), Thai fish sauce, light brown sugar, mangos (in thin slices), fresh mint (in pieces torn), basil (torn into pieces) ), coriander (leaves) and butter (or ice cream).

Spoon the meat and the oil together in a bowl, add salt to taste and let the meat marinate for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile stir together in a low bowl the lime juice, the fish sauce and the sugar.

Clean the mango and cut the flesh into thin slices. Put them on a plate.

Mix the herbs together in a small bowl. Remove the salad leaves from the crop. Wash them, dry them in the salad spinner and place the salad leaves on a plate.

Heat the wok and stir fry the meat over a high heat in a few minutes until golden brown. Spoon the meat through the lime dressing.

Put the meat, mango, salad leaves and herbs on the table. Let everyone make wraps themselves as follows. Put a lettuce leaf on a plate, add some meat mango and herbs. Roll the salad leaf around the filling and eat the roll out of control. Delicious with noodles with cashews.
