Stir-fry of Brussels sprouts and white beans

Cut the smoked sausage into slices.

Finely chop the garlic.

Halve the sprouts.
-
Heat the olive oil in a stir frying pan the slices of smoked sausage on both sides nicely brown.

Put the slices of sausage on a plate.

Fry the garlic gently in the shortening.

Put the sprouts and curry powder through and stir-fry one to two minutes.
-
Add the water with some salt and smother the sprouts covered in 8 to 10 minutes until done.

Rinse the white beans in a colander under running water and let them drain.

Scoop the white beans through the sprouts.

Warm the dish thoroughly in between four and six minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the sprouts with white beans into deep plates and place the slices of smoked sausage on them.
