A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, white rice, sunflower oil, chicken fillet (in strips), onion (chopped), ground cumin seeds, paprika mix ((3 pieces), in strips), peeled tomatoes (400 g) and chilibones (a 400 g).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, heat the oil in a skillet and brown the chicken strips in 3 minutes. Fry the onion, cumin and paprika for 2 minutes.

Add the peeled tomatoes and push them small with a spatula. Spoon the beans with sauce and heat the chili for another 5 minutes.

Season the chicken chilli with salt and pepper and scoop in 4 deep plates. Serve with the rice.
