Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Remove a thin sprout with the outer loose leaves of the sprouts and cut the sprouts at the stalk crosswise. Cut the onion into wedges.

Boil the sprouts in a pan with plenty of boiling water with salt for 4 minutes and drain in a colander. Also pour the mozzarella balls.
