Tagliatelle with salmon nuts, broccoli and pine nuts.

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Divide the broccoli into florets and cut the stems into pieces.
  3. Cook the broccoli in approx. 8 minutes until al dente. Let the butter melt in the microwave in about 2 minutes at full power (700 Watt) melt.
  4. Add the lemon juice and pine nuts and heat the whole covered for 1 min. At full power. Sprinkle the salmon with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the salmon to the butter and let it covered completely in about 6 minutes at full power.
  6. Divide the pasta over the plates. Place the salmon nuts on top and pour the sauce over it. Serve with broccoli.
