Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes in a generous amount of slightly salted water for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. After 10 minutes, put the carrots and the leek in the pan and stir them through the potatoes.
  3. Heat the milk in a saucepan. Drain the cooked potatoes and vegetables. Mash all vegetables together and pour the hot milk into the pan during the process.
  4. Season the stew with salt and pepper. Finally, pour the mustard and the ham cubes through the stew.
