Spicy pork cutlets with raw ham

Halve the pork cutlets and the slices of ham.

Rub the schnitzels with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Put them on a shelf and sprinkle the herbs over it.

Put a slice of ham on each piece of meat and press it.

Let the meat lie for ten minutes, the ham then automatically sticks to the meat.
