Spicy pork cutlets with raw ham

Halve the pork cutlets and the slices of ham.

Rub the schnitzels with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Put them on a shelf and sprinkle the herbs over it.

Put a slice of ham on each piece of meat and press it.

Let the meat lie for ten minutes, the ham then automatically sticks to the meat.

Heat the butter and olive oil in a large frying pan until the foam dries.

Place the pieces of meat with the ham side down in the pan.

Fry the meat for three minutes until the ham turns light and turns crispy.

Turn the pieces of meat with a spatula and bake the other side for three minutes.

Pour the wine along the edge of the pan with the meat and let the meat simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

Place two pieces of meat per person on the plate with the ham upwards.

Boil the gravy for a moment and scoop over the meat.
