Chicken with green asparagus

Peel and slice the garlic into slices. Drain the corn. Cut the spring onions into slanting pieces.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the chicken fillet into strips. Sprinkle with salt and salt if desired.

Heat half of the sunflower oil in a stirring stir fry the chicken for 6 minutes. Add the garlic and stir-fry 1 min.

Add the sesame oil and soy sauce. Add the pepper to taste and heat for 1 min. Meanwhile, heat the rest of the sunflower oil in a skillet.

Stir-fry the asparagus and corn for 3 minutes in the frying pan. Add the spring onions and cook for 1 min. Add the pepper and salt if desired.

Divide the rice over the plates. Spoon the chicken and stir-fried asparagus next to it.
