Zucchini lasagne with smoked salmon

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Cut the zucchini slices in the same length as the lasagne sheets. Steam the zucchini in a steam basket or sieve in about 5 minutes until al dente.
  3. Mix the cream cheese with the garlic, oregano, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a lot of salt and pepper.
  4. Place the lasagne sheets in the baking dish and brush them with a little olive oil. Brush with some of the cream cheese mixture, then spread with salmon and dill and then a layer of zucchini slices. Put another layer of lasagne sheets over it and repeat the layers until all the ingredients are gone.
  5. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and bake the zucchini lasagne for 20-25 minutes in the oven.
