Stir-fry dish with noodles, bok choy, pork strips and fried onions.

Directions

  1. Cook the next one on the package and let it drain well in a colander.
  2. Clean the bok choy and cut the bushes into narrow strips.
  3. Cut the meat into cubes. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the meat in 5 minutes brown.
  4. Add the bok choy and bake it for 4-5 minutes. Season with the soy sauce, cumin, pepper and salt.
  5. Divide the noodles over bowls and scoop the meat with the paksoi on it. Pour the chilli sauce on the noodles and sprinkle with the fried onions.
