Potato salad with cashew nuts
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: solid potatoes (eg Lady Christl bag a 2 kg), celery, orange, olive oil with garlic flavor and chili pepper, shoarma herbs, oak leaf lamella (100 g), soft goat cheese (eg Bettine Blanc crumbled) and salted cashew nuts.

Clean potatoes, halve in length and cut into small parts.

Fry potatoes in approx.

10 minutes in a pan with little boiling water and salt.

Wash celery, cut into pieces and then into thin strips.

Season the orange, peel the carrots and squeeze orange.

Dressing beating orange juice, grater, oil and shawarma herbs.

Drain potatoes, pour through dressing and let cool for 10 minutes.

Cut celery, lettuce melange, goat cheese and cashew nuts by potatoes.

Season the salad with salt and pepper..
