Minced meat chops with roasted cauliflower

Cut florets from the cauliflower and cut the stalk into 3 cm pieces.

Cook the florets and pieces of stalk in a pan with plenty of boiling water and salt in 4 minutes until al dente.

Let them drain well in a colander.

Squeeze the garlic cloves over a bowl and mix in paprika, thyme, freshly ground pepper, capers and almost half of the olive oil.

Put the cauliflower florets and pieces of stalk through it.

Divide this mixture into the roasting tray. Roast the cauliflower in the oven for 25 minutes until golden brown and done.

Meanwhile cut the meatballs cutlets into 4 pieces each.

Heat the rest of the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the pieces of schnitzel in 6-8 minutes until golden brown and done.

Divide the pieces of schnitzel and roasted cauliflower over the plates.
