Vegetable tuna with meat strips

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat strips in a 5-minute stirring brown.

Clean the green beans and remove the stem set. Cut the mushrooms into quarters.

Add the green beans and mushrooms and squeeze the garlic over the pan. Fry the vegetables for 5 minutes.

Add the tomato cubes with liquid, the cumin, the cinnamon and the coriander seed and season to taste with the cayenne pepper and salt.

Sprinkle the couscous in a large bowl and pour in the boiling water. Let the couscous heat for 5 minutes and stir with a fork.

Divide the couscous over the plates and scoop the tagine over it. Chop the coriander and sprinkle over the tagine. Serve immediately.
