Frittata with mushrooms, peppers, cottage cheese and old cheese.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC or gas oven position 4.

Clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into slices.

Clean the peppers and cut into pieces. Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion for approx. 2 min.

Add the mushrooms and peppers and cook for about 5 minutes. Beat the eggs with the cottage cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Grease the shape. Spoon the mushroom mixture with a slotted spoon in the tart mold. Pour the egg mixture over it and smooth. Sprinkle with the cheese.

Bake the frittata in the middle of the oven in about 20 minutes until done and golden brown. Serve with baguette.
