Cook the potatoes in a pan with water.

Grate the beetroot or cut into small cubes and peel and cut the apples into cubes.

Chop an onion and fruit it in 10 grams of margarine.

Add the cumin powder and add the grated beets.

Spoon and add the apple cubes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Drain the potatoes and puree them with the stock.

Spoon the beet mixture through the mashed potatoes.
