Sauerkraut stew with creamy chicken fillet
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, sauerkraut (500 g), mashed potatoes (in cubes (deep-frozen, 750 g)), onions, red peppers, butter, chicken fillet in cubes (approx. 350 g) and crème fraîche (light (125 ml)).

Sauerkraut with 4-5 tbsp water in 25 min.

Gently boil.

Heat the puree according to the instructions.

Peel and chop onions.

Clean pepper and cut into pieces.

Heat butter in frying pan and fry onion.

Pepper through it and bake for another 5 minutes.

Chicken with it and in 5 minutes around brown boxes.

Stir in the crème fraîche and gently coheat.

Season with salt and pepper.

Bring sauerkraut and mashed potatoes together and spread them over four plates.

Spread chicken breast with sauce over it..
