Boil the potatoes in water with salt in 15 minutes until done.

In the meantime, heat the butter in a frying pan. Sprinkle the pork chops with pepper and salt and fry in 10 minutes until golden brown and done.

In the meantime, heat the red cabbage according to the instructions on the pot.

Prepare the gravy according to the instructions on the package with butter and water.

Remove the meat from the pan and keep warm under a lid.

Cut the apples into segments. Heat the rest of the butter in the frying pan and brown the apple slices in 2 min. Per side.

Drain the potatoes. Add the milk and mash on low heat to a smooth puree. Stir in the red cabbage and season with pepper.

Serve with the pork chop and apple. Spoon the gravy over the meat.
