Pitta burgers with fruit salsa

Drain fruit, collect the syrup in a bowl. Squeeze out the lemon. Remove the stalks of the parsley and cut finely over a dish.

Put half of the parsley in a smaller dish. Distribute lemon juice and paprika powder over dishes. Add oil and syrup from the fruit on a large scale.

Peel the cucumbers, cut into pieces and put into a large bowl and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Add the fruits to the small bowl and mix.

Brush the burgers with a little oil. Heat the grill pan and fry the burgers for about 8 minutes, until cooked and browned.

Toast the buns in toaster. Cut them open, put the burgers in and add the fruit salsa. Place on plates and spoon the cucumber next to it.
