Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Cut the ham into pieces, beat the eggs and grate the cheese.
  3. Mix the ham and eggs with the whipped cream, the frozen garden peas, pepper and salt.
  4. Grease the muffin mold. Spoon the mixture into the cavities of the muffin mold and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven.
  5. In the meantime, heat the spinach for 8 minutes in a large pan. Add halfway through the rest of the garden peas.
