Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, halve the peppers, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes. Slice the garlic.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the meatballs in 8 min. Brown and done.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a skillet. Fry the garlic for 1 min. Fry the pepper for 2 minutes.

Add the tomate frito and bring to the boil. Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.

Put the meatballs out of the pan on a plate and keep warm under aluminum foil.

Heat the oil in the frying pan. Add the spinach in parts and let it shrink all the time.

Cut the leaves of basil into strips. Add 2/3 with the mascarpone to the tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the pasta into deep plates. Spoon the spinach and meatballs on it.

Divide the sauce over it and sprinkle with the rest of the basil.
