Redfish with lemon
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, lemons, garlic, fresh parsley, redfish fillets (or monkfish fillets (a 125-150 g)), salt and pepper, egg (M), bread crumbs (or breadcrumbs) and olive oil.

Squeeze out one lemon and put juice in bowl. Squeeze out garlic. Cut the parsley finely and stir it. Put fish fillets in lemon mixture and cover for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Dice fish with kitchen paper and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Beat in a deep plate of egg. Take fish fillets through egg and then through breadcrumbs. Heat oil in frying pan and brown and cook fish on both sides for about 4 minutes. Serve with wedges of lemon.
