Directions

Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Cut the zucchini into pieces.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic. Add the courgette and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper. Let it cover gently for 10 minutes.

Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken strips in approx. 10 min. Until done.

Scoop the couscous, vegetables and chicken in a large bowl. Garnish it with the mix and spread over the plates.
