Chinese chicken soup with spinach
A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, fresh ginger root, sesame oil (or stir-fry oil), garlic (finely chopped), chestnut mushroom ((250 g), sliced), chicken stock, soy sauce, chicken fillet (in pieces), noodles and ready-to-eat spinach (300 g).

Peel the ginger and cut it into thin strips.

Heat the oil in a soup pot and fry the garlic and ginger until they smell.

Add the mushrooms and cook until cooked in 2-3 minutes.

Crumble the bouillón tablets above the pan, pour 1 liter of water and bring it to the boil.

Add the soy sauce, the chicken and the noodles and let the soup simmer for 8-10 minutes until the chicken and mie are just tender.

Add the spinach little by little, and let it shrink while stirring.

Season the soup with pepper and some soy sauce and serve in deep plates or bowls..
