Beat the eggs with the milk, salt, freshly ground pepper and oregano.

Roast the salami in a dry, hot frying pan. Take out of the pan.

Heat the butter, pour the egg mixture into the pan and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake until the top is almost done and divide the spinach over it. Bake for 1-2 minutes with a lid on the pan.

Divide the salami over it and serve the omelet open or folded.
