Heat the oven grill. Brush the flatbread with the crème fraîche and sprinkle with the Italian herbs.

Slice the ham into strips and spread over the bread. Put the onion rings on top and sprinkle with the cheese. Drizzle with olive oil.

Place the flatbread next to each other on the baking tray and do not place it too close under the oven grill until the cheese has melted slightly. Cut the flat pizzas into points and serve immediately.
