Vietnamese salad wraps with steak
Remove the lettuce leaves from the crop, wash and dry them. Heat a grill pan and grill the steaks around it for 3-4 minutes until nice grill stripes appear.
Add the marinade and warm briefly. Let the steak rest for about 10 minutes and then cut into thin slices.
Divide the noodles over the lettuce leaves and put some spring onions, red pepper, carrot and steak. Drizzle with the marinade and some lime juice.
Sprinkle the Vietnamese slawraps with steak with the peanuts and coriander and serve with the wedges of lime.
