Brush the bread rolls with 2 tablespoons of olive oil to which the garlic is added and roast them briefly under the hot oven grill.

Mix the rest of the oil with the red wine vinegar and pepper into a dressing. Place the onion rings on the plates.

Divide the sardines, the anchovies and the tomato slices.

Pour over the dressing, sprinkled with the parsley and place the ciabatacroutons around it.
