Cut the lettuce into strips and the tomato into thick slices.

Bake the slices of bacon in a grill pan until crispy brown.

Cut the Italian bread roll open and brush the cutting edges with cheese spread.

Divide the iceberg lettuce over the bottom of the bread rolls and place the bacon and tomato slices on top.

Place the top of the bread roll down with the cheese spread.

Pack the bread roll tight in cling film and transport the bread roll into a lunch box.
