Quick main course with meatballs, ras el hanout, cauliflower rice, lentils and pumpkin hummus.

Directions

  1. Heat a frying pan with non-stick coating without oil or butter and bake the beef meatballs in 12-15 min. Brown and done.
  2. After 10 minutes add the variety el hanout and the water.
  3. Heat the (olive) oil in a stirring stir fry the cauliflower rice 2 min.
  4. Meanwhile, rinse the lentils under cold running water, add to the rice and heat for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Divide the rice, the meatballs and the pumpkin humus over the plates.
