Vegetable oil with pig strips
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, egg, zucchini (about 200 g), winter carrot (about 200 g), leeks (about 300 g), pork strips, cornstarch, sunflower oil, fresh ginger (finely chopped) and oyster sauce.

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package and drain the noodles.

Use thin peeler to thin the zucchini and the winter carrot into thin slices lengthwise and cut the slices lengthwise into thin strips. Cut the leek in quarter lengthwise, remove the leaves and rinse them clean. Drain them in a colander.

Sprinkle the meat with salt, pepper and cornstarch. Heat the oil in the stirring stir fry the meat brown. Add the ginger and vegetables and stir-fry the vegetables in approx. 4 min. Until done. Add a dash of water when the pan is too dry.

Spoon the noodles and the oyster sauce through the vegetables and let everything warm up. Season to taste with salt and pepper and spread over 4 warm plates. Serve sweet chilli sauce if necessary.
