Cheeseburgers with baked potatoes and salad

Peel the onion and cut a half onion into rings, keep this separate.

Grate the rest of the onion over a bowl.

Add the minced beef and some salt and freshly ground pepper.

Mix everything well together and shape the minced meat into a large burger per person.

Brush the burgers thinly with olive oil and put them in a hot grill pan.

Fry the bottom on medium high heat in five minutes brown.

Divide the onion rings around the burgers and brown them.
-
Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet and stir in the potato cubes.

Bake them covered in a maximum of eight minutes until golden brown and done.

Remove the lid and fry the potato cubes for another two minutes.

Cut a slice of tomato per person.

Turn the burgers and place a slice of tomato and a slice of brie on each burger.

Fry the burger brown in five minutes and let the cheese melt.

Halve the olives.

Cut the cucumber into cubes.
-
Spoon the mixed salad with the cucumber, olives and dressing in a salad bowl.

Serve the burgers with the potato cubes and the salad next to it.
