Cheeseburgers with baked potatoes and salad

Directions

  1. Peel the onion and cut a half onion into rings, keep this separate.
  2. Grate the rest of the onion over a bowl.
  3. Add the minced beef and some salt and freshly ground pepper.
  4. Mix everything well together and shape the minced meat into a large burger per person.
  5. Brush the burgers thinly with olive oil and put them in a hot grill pan.
  6. Fry the bottom on medium high heat in five minutes brown.
  7. Divide the onion rings around the burgers and brown them.
  8. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet and stir in the potato cubes.
  9. Bake them covered in a maximum of eight minutes until golden brown and done.
  10. Remove the lid and fry the potato cubes for another two minutes.
  11. Cut a slice of tomato per person.
  12. Turn the burgers and place a slice of tomato and a slice of brie on each burger.
  13. Fry the burger brown in five minutes and let the cheese melt.
  14. Halve the olives.
  15. Cut the cucumber into cubes.
  16. Spoon the mixed salad with the cucumber, olives and dressing in a salad bowl.
  17. Serve the burgers with the potato cubes and the salad next to it.
