                            Chicken with fruit chutney
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, wild and white rice (250 g), onions, chicken fillets (about 350 g), butter or margarine, chestnut mushrooms (250 g), tropical fruit chutney (250 ml), chicken broth tablet and crème fraîche ( 200 ml).

                                Cook rice according to instructions.
 - 
                                Peel and chop onions.
 - 
                                Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper.
 - 
                                Heat butter in frying pan and chicken in about 4 minutes around browning.
 - 
                                Remove the chicken from the pan and fry it in the remaining butter.
 - 
                                Mushroom the mushrooms, cut them in half, cook them by onion and bake for about 2 minutes.
 - 
                                Cook chicken, chutney, 150 ml water and bouillon tablet with onion mixture and let it cook completely covered for approx.
 - 
                                5 minutes.
 - 
                                Stir in last minute crème fraîche.
 - 
                                Season with salt and pepper.
 - 
                                Serve with rice..
