Chicken with fruit chutney


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, wild and white rice (250 g), onions, chicken fillets (about 350 g), butter or margarine, chestnut mushrooms (250 g), tropical fruit chutney (250 ml), chicken broth tablet and crème fraîche ( 200 ml).

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to instructions.
  2. Peel and chop onions.
  3. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat butter in frying pan and chicken in about 4 minutes around browning.
  5. Remove the chicken from the pan and fry it in the remaining butter.
  6. Mushroom the mushrooms, cut them in half, cook them by onion and bake for about 2 minutes.
  7. Cook chicken, chutney, 150 ml water and bouillon tablet with onion mixture and let it cook completely covered for approx.
  8. 5 minutes.
  9. Stir in last minute crème fraîche.
  10. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. Serve with rice..
