Stew with stir fry strips


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onion and frozen garden peas.

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces and simmer for 20 minutes. Chop the onion and cook for the last 10 minutes with the potatoes.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat strips in 10 minutes. Heat the garden peas according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Drain the potatoes and puree with the milk.
  4. Keep a few sprigs of watercress behind and scoop the rest of the watercress and garden peas through the mash. Let heat for 1 min.
  5. Season the stew with salt and pepper. Divide the plates. Spoon the stir fry strips on top and garnish with the retained watercress.
